A brand new release. This ‘Syrah’ is a variation on Australian Shiraz. The European winemaking techniques favour more the savoury influence of stalk inclusion, skin contact, old oak and longer maturation. This wine has restraint in alcohol and palate weight, and is a lovely food wine to pair with Bolognaise or hearty rich sauces.
