Fairbrossen is a small, family-run winery in Margaret River, built to run entirely on solar, batteries and harvested rainwater. We’ve been making sustainable wines here since 1995, from Malbec and Cabernet through to rare alternative varieties like Saperavi and Fiano that you won’t find anywhere else in the region. Everything is grown, picked and crafted by hand across our three vineyards – no shortcuts, no mains power.
