Fairbrossen is a small, family-run winery in Margaret River, built to run entirely on solar, batteries and harvested rainwater. We’ve been making sustainable wines since 1995, from traditional Chardonnay, Malbec and Cabernet. Recent plantings include varieties Albarino, Fiano, Nebbiolo and Tempranillo.
Everything is grown, picked and crafted by hand across our three vineyards – no shortcuts, no mains power.

Ripe and plush, dense fruit and soft tannins.
Plush ripe fruits, firm tannin and good acidity all add up to a cracking Tempranillo.
Soft olive tapenade, cedary oak, fine tannins, yet long fruit and fine finish.
The 2014 vintage was superb in Margaret River, and this wine has been continuing to impress as it matures.
Limited production 800 bottles; made for those who cherish cellared wines.
